Cuento Studio – Terms of Service

By booking a tour, purchasing a membership, scheduling studio time, or using the Cuento Studio space (“Studio”), you (“Member,” “Client,” or “User”) agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and consistent experience for all members.
1. Studio Access & Use
Cuento Studio is a membership-based production studio intended for photo and video use only.
Studio access is granted only during booked sessions
All bookings are subject to availability
Members may not transfer, sublet, or share access without written approval
Studio hours, booking windows, and access privileges vary by membership tier
Members are responsible for all guests, clients, collaborators, and crew they bring into the space.
2. Memberships & Billing
Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis
Membership hours reset monthly and do not roll over
Unused time is forfeited at the end of each billing cycle
Membership pricing, included hours, and access vary by tier
Cuento Studio reserves the right to modify membership offerings with notice
Minimum commitments, cancellation notice periods, and upgrade options are defined per membership tier.
3. Booking & Scheduling
All studio time must be booked through the official scheduling system
Booking windows vary by membership tier
Sessions must be booked in minimum blocks as defined by the membership
Late arrivals do not extend session time
Sessions must end on time to allow proper resets and access for other members
Additional time may be available at Cuento Studio’s discretion, based on availability.
4. Studio Hours
The studio operates 7 days a week, typically between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, unless otherwise approved.
Access outside standard hours is not guaranteed and may require prior approval depending on membership tier.
5. Equipment Access & Use
Equipment access varies by membership tier.
Studio cart essentials are available to all members
Full equipment packages are available to Studio Pro and higher tiers
Equipment must be used properly and returned to designated locations
Members must request unfamiliar equipment assistance before use
Members are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
6. Sets, Furniture & Studio Layout
Members may move furniture and props during their session
All items must be returned to their original position and configuration
Furniture must be lifted, not dragged
Some sets may be unavailable due to builds or transitions
Failure to reset the studio may result in fees or restricted access.
7. Cyclorama Wall (Critical)
The curved transition between the floor and wall of the cyclorama is not load-bearing.
Do not step, sit, stand, or place equipment on the curve
Damage caused by misuse may result in repair fees
Members are responsible for ensuring guests and talent follow this rule
Cyc damage repairs can be costly and are billed accordingly.
8. Cleanliness & Studio Reset
Members must leave the studio in the condition it was found
Remove all trash, tape, personal items, and props
Floors must be clear and free of debris
Food and drinks allowed only in designated areas
Glitter, confetti, fake snow, smoke effects, or messy materials are prohibited without approval
Cleaning or reset fees may apply if the studio is left in poor condition.
9. Hair & Makeup Room
Available for prep and styling during booked sessions
Members must clean surfaces and remove personal items
Do not leave products or tools behind
10. Access, Security & Conduct
Access is limited to active members and approved guests
Do not share access codes, keys, or entry methods
Doors must be locked when leaving
Cuento Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal or termination of membership.
11. Parking & Load-In
Parking is available in unmarked spaces in the shared lot
Do not block drive lanes, entrances, or neighboring businesses
Members must follow posted parking and loading guidelines
12. Noise & Neighbors
Members must keep noise at reasonable levels and remain respectful of neighboring tenants, especially during early or late sessions.
13. Damage, Liability & Insurance
Members are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests
Repair or replacement costs may be charged
Cuento Studio is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property
Members are encouraged to carry their own production insurance.
14. Cancellations & Termination
Cuento Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:
Repeated policy violations
Non-payment
Unsafe or damaging behavior
Abuse of booking privileges
No refunds are issued for terminated memberships due to violations.
15. Policy Updates
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the studio constitutes acceptance of the most current version, available on the Cuento Studio website.
16. Agreement
By booking a tour, purchasing a membership, or using the studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
