Cuento Studio Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a membership with Cuento Studio (“Studio”), you (“Member”) agree to the following terms regarding billing, access, usage, and cancellation.

1. Membership Access & Usage

  • Unused membership hours expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared or reassigned without written approval from Cuento Studio.

  • Studio access is available only during booked sessions

  • All bookings are subject to availability and advance booking limits by tier

  • Memberships are intended for private creative sessions and productions only. Public events, ticketed gatherings, workshops, or promotional events are not permitted under membership plans.

  • Memberships may be paused once per calendar year for up to one month. As membership spots are limited, extended pauses are not available.

  • Missed sessions, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in forfeited time

2. Membership Tiers & Minimum Commitment

Creator Membership — $625/month

  • Designed for individual creators

  • 2-month minimum commitment

  • Renews month-to-month after the initial term

  • Includes 10% off in-house lighting and grip equipment rentals

  • 30 days' written notice required to cancel

  • Automatically billed monthly on the original purchase date.

Studio Pro Membership — $999/month

  • Designed for individual creators & freelancers - Recommended for photographers, filmmakers, content creators, and freelance creatives producing their own work.

  • 3-month minimum commitment

  • Renews month-to-month after the initial term

  • 30 days' written notice required to cancel

  • Automatically billed monthly on the original purchase date.

  • Not intended for production companies, agencies, or recurring commercial productions.

Enterprise Membership — $1,950/month

  • Designed for production companies, brands, agencies, and recurring commercial productions.

  • 3-month minimum commitment

  • Renews month-to-month after the initial term

  • 30 days' written notice required to cancel

  • Automatically billed monthly on the original purchase date.

Brand Partner Membership — $3,000/month

  • Designed for long-term production partners

  • 3-month minimum commitment

  • Custom onboarding & partnership agreement

  • Renews month-to-month after the initial term (unless otherwise agreed)

  • 30 days' written notice required to cancel

  • Automatically billed monthly on the original purchase date.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

  • Memberships remain active through the current billing cycle and terminate at the end of the required 30-day notice period.

  • No refunds or prorated charges for unused time or partial months

  • Memberships canceled before the minimum commitment period remain financially obligated for the full term

4. Equipment & Studio Care

Equipment access varies by membership tier.

  • Standard Studio Rental ($125/hour) and Creator Membership include:

Basic Studio Gear Cart

  • 4 xC-stands

  • Apple boxes

  • Sandbags

  • Stingers

Studio Pro, Enterprise, and Brand Partner include:

  • Full access to Cuento Studio's lighting, grip, modifiers, monitors, and support equipment.

  • Camera bodies and lenses are not included.

  • Members are responsible for the proper use and care of all studio equipment during their booking.

  • Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow studio guidelines may result in repair or replacement charges.

  • All equipment must remain on-site unless otherwise approved in writing by Cuento Studio.

  • Equipment availability is subject to maintenance, repair, and prior reservations.

  • Members must follow all studio policies, including cyclorama care, equipment handling, and general safety procedures.

5. Liability & Risk Assumption

  • Members assume all risks associated with the use of the studio

  • Cuento Studio is not responsible for personal equipment, props, or materials brought into the space

  • Proof of insurance may be required for certain memberships or productions

6. Modifications & Updates

Cuento Studio reserves the right to update membership pricing, availability, policies, or studio operations with reasonable notice.

7. Agreement & Acceptance

By purchasing a membership or booking studio time, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy.

Acknowledgment

These Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy apply to all Cuento Studio memberships.

Members are required to review and agree to these terms during checkout prior to purchasing a membership or booking studio time.
