Cuento Studio Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a membership with Cuento Studio (“Studio”), you (“Member”) agree to the following terms regarding billing, access, usage, and cancellation.

1. Membership Access & Usage

  • Membership hours reset monthly and do not roll over

  • Membership hours are non-transferable and may not be shared without written approval

  • Studio access is available only during booked sessions

  • All bookings are subject to availability and advance booking limits by tier

  • Memberships are intended for private creative sessions and productions only. Public events, ticketed gatherings, workshops, or promotional events are not permitted under membership plans.

  • Memberships may be paused once per calendar year for up to one month. As membership spots are limited, extended pauses are not available.

  • Missed sessions, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in forfeited time

2. Membership Tiers & Minimum Commitment

Creator Membership — $625/month

  • 2-month minimum commitment

  • 30 days written notice required to cancel

  • Billing occurs monthly on the original purchase date

Studio Pro Membership — $999/month

  • 2-month minimum commitment

  • After initial term, renews month-to-month

  • 30 days written notice required to cancel after minimum term

  • Billing occurs monthly

Enterprise Membership — $1,950/month

  • 3-month minimum commitment

  • After initial term, renews month-to-month unless otherwise agreed

  • 30 days written notice required after minimum term

  • Billing occurs monthly

Brand Partner Membership — $3,000/month

  • 3-month minimum commitment

  • Approval, onboarding, and custom agreement required

  • Early termination prior to completion of the minimum term is not permitted unless approved in writing by Cuento Studio

  • Billing terms outlined in the Brand Partner agreement

3. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the next billing cycle following proper notice

  • No refunds or prorated charges for unused time or partial months

  • Memberships canceled before the minimum commitment period remain financially obligated for the full term

4. Equipment & Studio Care

  • Equipment access varies by membership tier

  • Members are responsible for proper use of all studio equipment

  • Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in repair or replacement charges

  • Studio policies, including cyclorama care and safety rules, must be followed at all times

5. Liability & Risk Assumption

  • Members assume all risks associated with the use of the studio

  • Cuento Studio is not responsible for personal equipment, props, or materials brought into the space

  • Proof of insurance may be required for certain memberships or productions

6. Modifications & Updates 

Cuento Studio reserves the right to update membership pricing, availability, policies, or studio operations with reasonable notice.

7. Agreement & Acceptance 

By purchasing a membership or booking studio time, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy.

 

Acknowledgment

These Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy apply to all Cuento Studio memberships.

Members are required to review and agree to these terms during checkout prior to purchasing a membership or booking studio time.
