During your visit, we’ll walk through the cyclorama, shooting floor, sets, makeup area, green room, studio essentials, and available on-site equipment.
Tours are optional, but recommended if you’d like to plan a production or compare booking and membership options.

Tours typically last 15–20 minutes.
Tours are hosted by the studio team and available to one-time renters, creators, production teams, and brands. Advance scheduling is required.

Do I need to book a tour before joining?
No. Tours are optional, but recommended if you’d like to see the space, plan a production, or compare booking and membership options.
Can I book Cuento without a membership?
Yes. One-time studio bookings are available subject to availability: $125 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Check availability and book the studio. All booked time includes load-in, setup, shooting, breakdown, and load-out. Members receive priority booking and the best value for recurring production.
Who are Creator and Studio Pro memberships for?
Creator and Studio Pro are reserved for individual creators. Brands, agencies, and in-house teams book through Brand Partner so the access, support, and usage terms match commercial production needs.
What equipment is available?
Studio cart essentials are available for booked sessions. Additional lighting, grip, monitoring, camera, and production equipment may be rented individually for use at Cuento Studio, with availability and pricing confirmed in advance. Studio Pro and Brand Partner include the full in-house equipment package. Off-site equipment rentals are not available.
What happens if I go over my included hours?
Additional time may be available depending on studio availability and your membership tier. Extra hours are billed at your tier’s rate, or you may upgrade if your needs increase.
Can I move furniture or adjust the sets?
Yes. You may move furniture and styling elements for your shoot as long as everything is returned to its original setup before the session ends.
Are sets guaranteed to be available?
No. Sets rotate over time, and some areas may be in build or transition depending on the studio schedule.
Is the studio shared during my session?
No. Booked sessions are private; you will not share the studio with another booking during your reserved time.
Can I bring clients or collaborators?
Yes. You may bring clients, talent, and collaborators as long as the session stays within the booked time and studio guidelines.
Can I use the studio for paid client work?
Yes. Individual members may use the studio for their own client projects. Brands, agencies, and in-house teams use Brand Partner.
How far in advance can I book?
Advance booking windows vary by membership tier. Higher tiers receive earlier booking access while preserving fair availability for all members.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Membership hours reset monthly and do not roll over.
What kinds of shoots is the studio best for?
Cuento is well suited for product, lifestyle, editorial, interviews, branded content, and small-team photo and video productions.
Is parking available?
Yes. Convenient parking is available for load-in and day-to-day sessions. Exact access details are shared with confirmed bookings.
Is the studio staffed during my session?
Most sessions are self-run. The studio is designed for independent access, with clear guidelines for a smooth experience.
Is there a long-term commitment?
All memberships require a 3-month initial commitment. After that, memberships continue month to month and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.
Can I host events?
Memberships do not include public or ticketed events. Events require a separate rental agreement and pricing; members receive preferred event rates.
