Do I need to book a tour before joining?

Is this an hourly rental studio?
Cuento is designed as a membership-based studio for creators who need ongoing access. Membership provides predictable availability and pricing without hourly fees or surprise charges.
What equipment is included?
All members have access to studio cart essentials (C-stands, apple boxes, basic LED lighting, grip gear).
Full equipment packages are included with Studio Pro and above. Access varies by membership tier.
What happens if I go over my hours?
Additional time may be available depending on studio availability and your membership tier. Members can also upgrade at any time if their needs change.
Can I move furniture or adjust the sets?
Yes. Members are welcome to move furniture and elements to configure the space for their shoot, as long as everything is returned to its original setup afterward.
Is the studio shared during my session?
No. Your booked time is private—you won’t be sharing the studio with other members during your session.
Can I bring clients or collaborators?
Yes. Members may bring clients and collaborators as needed, as long as sessions stay within the scope of their booked time and membership guidelines.
How far in advance can I book?
Advance booking windows vary by membership tier, allowing frequent users to plan ahead while keeping access fair for all members.
What kinds of shoots is the studio best for?
Cuento is designed for photo, video, interviews, product, lifestyle, editorial, and branded content. If you have a specific use case, a tour is the best way to confirm fit.
Is parking available?
Yes. Easy, nearby parking is available for load-in and day-to-day sessions.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Memberships are billed monthly. You can upgrade or adjust your plan as your needs evolve.
