Studio Policies

These policies are in place to keep Cuento Studio safe, functional, and ready for every member’s session. By booking a tour, joining a membership, or using the space, you agree to follow the policies below.

General Studio Use

  • The studio is intended for photo and video production only.

  • Members are responsible for their guests and crew at all times.

  • Please respect the space, equipment, and other members.

  • Leave the studio as you found it at the end of your session.

Cyclorama Wall (Very Important)

Do not step on the curved transition of the cyclorama wall.

  • The curved transition between the floor and wall is not designed to bear weight.

  • Stepping, standing, sitting, or placing equipment on the curve can cause cracking or damage.

  • Any damage to the cyclorama caused by misuse may result in repair fees.

If you are unsure where it is safe to stand or place equipment, please ask before proceeding.

Footwear & Floor Care

  • Disposable foot covers are highly recommended and provided by the studio.

  • Wearing foot covers helps keep the cyclorama floor clean and supports smooth, efficient transitions between sessions.

  • We encourage all crew and talent to use foot covers when working in the studio.

Sets, Furniture & Props

  • Available sets and furniture may be used as-is or rearranged for your shoot.

  • Furniture, props, and set elements must be returned to their original location and configuration after your session.

  • Please lift items when moving them — do not drag furniture across floors.

  • Some sets may be in build or transition and may not always be available.

Equipment & Studio Cart

  • Members have access to studio cart essentials according to their membership tier.

  • Use equipment with care and return items neatly after use.

  • Report any issues or damage immediately.

  • Additional equipment access varies by membership tier.

Cleanliness & Reset

  • Please remove trash, personal items, and tape after your session.

  • Floors should be left clear and free of debris.

  • Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas only.

  • Glitter, confetti, fake snow, smoke effects, or messy materials are not permitted without prior approval.

Hair & Makeup Room

  • The hair and makeup room is available for prep and styling.

  • Please clean surfaces and dispose of trash before leaving.

  • Do not leave personal products behind.

Access & Security

  • Studio access is limited to active members and approved guests.

  • Do not share access codes or keys.

  • Doors must remain closed and locked when leaving the studio.

  • Cuento Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

Parking & Loading

  • The studio is located in a shared parking lot with other businesses.

  • Members and guests may park in any unmarked, available space.

  • Parking is included with studio use.

  • Please be considerate of neighboring businesses and avoid blocking drive lanes, entrances, or roll-up doors.

Noise & Neighbors

  • Please keep noise levels reasonable, especially during early morning or late evening sessions.

  • Be respectful of neighboring tenants.

Damage & Liability

  • Members are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged if damage occurs.

  • Cuento Studio is not liable for personal injury or loss of personal property.

Policies may be updated from time to time to protect the studio and its members. The most current version will always be available on our website.
