Every member receives access to the 3,000 sq ft studio, cyclorama, makeup area, green room, rotating sets, and a clean, client-ready environment. Brand Partner adds priority access, storage, receiving, and planning support for agencies and in-house teams.

Membership Eligibility
Creator and Studio Pro memberships are reserved for individual creators booking under their own membership. Memberships purchased or used by a brand, agency, production company, or in-house team require Brand Partner enrollment.
Membership Terms
Memberships include defined commitments by tier. Hours reset monthly and do not roll over. Full terms and cancellation details are available during checkout and must be accepted prior to booking.
All Cuento Studio memberships require a 3-month initial commitment. After that, memberships continue month to month and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.
Hours reset monthly and do not roll over. Membership fees are non-refundable and are not prorated, and membership hours cannot be applied retroactively.
Additional studio time and premium equipment are billed separately. Brand Partner memberships include custom onboarding, with any additional operating terms confirmed before enrollment.
Memberships may be paused once per calendar year for up to one month. Because spots are limited, extended pauses are not available.
Memberships do not include public or ticketed events. Events require a separate rental agreement and pricing; members receive preferred event rates.
