Booking Disclaimer

All studio time must be booked in advance through our scheduling system and is subject to availability.

Booked time includes setup and breakdown. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time; late arrivals do not extend bookings.

Membership hours reset monthly and do not roll over. Unused time is forfeited at the end of each billing cycle.

Studio access, equipment availability, and advance booking windows vary by membership tier.

Members are responsible for their guests, clients, and crew during their session and must follow all studio policies, including proper use of the cyclorama wall and equipment.
