Included Equipment by Membership Tier

Cuento Studio provides a curated selection of lighting, grip, and production essentials to support professional photo and video shoots. Equipment access varies by membership tier.

Studio Cart Essentials (All Members)

Core studio essentials are always available on the studio floor and do not require advance requests. These items are included to support efficient, flexible setups during your session.

Included for all members:

  • C-stands

  • Apple boxes

  • Sandbags

  • Stingers and basic power

  • Basic LED lighting

  • Common grip accessories

These essentials are provided to support professional workflows without additional rental fees.

Full Equipment Package (Studio Pro & Above)

Studio Pro, Enterprise, and Brand Partner members receive access to the studio’s full equipment package, which may include:

  • Professional continuous lighting and strobes

  • Modifiers (softboxes, domes, diffusion)

  • Grip equipment and specialty stands

  • Production accessories used regularly on in-house shoots

Equipment availability is based on studio inventory and scheduled use.

Equipment Requests & Preparation (Studio Pro & Above)

To ensure smooth sessions and equipment readiness, members in these tiers receive an equipment request list prior to their booking date.

  • Members select the equipment they plan to use in advance

  • Cuento Studio staff prepares and stages requested equipment before the session

  • This process helps ensure efficient setup, proper availability, and consistent studio standards

All equipment must be returned to its designated storage location at the end of the session.

Equipment Use Guidelines

  • Equipment is available exclusively during your scheduled session

  • All gear must be returned to its designated location after use

  • Members are responsible for any damage resulting from misuse or negligence

  • Please ask before using any equipment you are unfamiliar with

  • Equipment access is limited to the member’s booked session and may not be shared outside the studio

Personal & Rented Gear

  • Members are welcome to bring their own equipment into the studio

  • Additional equipment may be available by request depending on membership tier and availability

A Note on Inventory

To keep the studio flexible and evolving, Cuento Studio does not publish a fixed equipment list. Inventory is updated and adjusted regularly based on studio needs.
