Membership Eligibility
Creator and Studio Pro memberships are reserved for individual creators booking under their own membership. Memberships purchased or used by a brand, agency, production company, or in-house team require Brand Partner enrollment.

Book hourly at $125 with a 2-hour minimum.

Private booked sessions. A clean, professionally maintained studio. Straightforward pricing.
Choose a one-time booking or ongoing membership based on how often you create—then add only the on-site equipment your production needs.
New Cuento Studio memberships require a minimum of three monthly billing periods and renew monthly thereafter. Submit cancellation notice in your Pilotare membership account; this counts as written notice and may be submitted during the initial term. Membership ends at the first billing boundary at least 30 calendar days after notice and after the three-period minimum. Review the actual end date and remaining scheduled fees before confirming notice.
Hours reset each paid period and do not roll over. Membership fees are non-refundable and are not prorated, and membership hours cannot be applied retroactively. No annual pause is offered for new memberships. Existing members retain the terms of their original agreement.
Additional studio time and equipment outside your plan benefits are billed separately. Brand Partner memberships require studio approval and a partnership agreement before payment. Sessions remain subject to normal availability, operating hours and paid-period eligibility.
Memberships do not include public or ticketed events. Events require a separate rental agreement and pricing; members receive preferred event rates.

Studio Pro and Brand Partner include the lighting package and listed lighting, grip, modifiers, monitors and support equipment. Cameras and lenses are excluded.
